By accessing or using our Website or App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Services
SpineAlign Golf provides:
- Instructional golf content
- Swing mechanics training
- Posture and alignment guidance
- Mobility and exercise programs
- Subscription-based digital content
All content is for educational purposes only.
3. No Medical or Professional Advice
The Platform does not provide medical advice.
We are not licensed healthcare providers.
You agree that:
- Participation in exercises and drills is voluntary
- You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any program
- You assume all risks associated with participation
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Billing
- Certain content requires a paid subscription.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the applicable app store.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments unless required by law.
Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations can be managed through AppStore or GooglePlay.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including:
- Videos
- Training programs
- Logos
- Text
- Graphics
- App content
is the exclusive property of SpineAlign Golf and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Share login credentials
- Record or resell content
- Create derivative works
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
You acknowledge that:
- Golf and physical training involve inherent risks
- You voluntarily assume all risks of injury
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, you agree to release and hold harmless SpineAlign Golf and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:
- Participation in exercises
- Use of instructional content
- Physical injury or property damage
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted access
We do not guarantee specific results from use of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpineAlign Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpineAlign Golf from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any law or third-party rights
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access content ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
