SpineAlign Golf, LLC (“SpineAlign Golf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SpineAlign Golf App (“App”) and associated services. By using our App or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. 

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information, including:

• Personal Information:
  When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your full name, email address, username, password, and location data (if you permit it). 
• Swing and Performance Data:
  To provide our service, we collect data related to your golf swing and posture, including motion/posture data via your device sensors, optional video if enabled, and other golf‑specific metrics like spine angle, and shoulder rotation. 
• Device & Usage Data:
  We automatically collect data about your device (type, model, OS version), IP address, and information about how you use the App (features accessed, session durations, etc.)
• Payment Information:
   We do not store your credit card details. Payments are handled via      the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their privacy/payment‑processing terms apply.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalize app features and user experience. 
• Improve performance and reliability of our App. 
• Respond to user support requests.      
• Send notifications related to your account or features. 
• Analyze usage and behavior for product development. 
• Meet legal or regulatory requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who help us with analytics, cloud hosting, and customer support. 
• If required by law, court order, or other legal process. 
• In a business transfer: if SpineAlign Golf is acquired, merged, or its assets are sold, user data may be among transferred assets. 

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data and swing/performance data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you wish, you may request deletion of your data. 

5. Your Rights & Choices

• California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any data sharing (though we currently do not sell data). 
• General Rights: You can access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.
• Cookie & Tracking Choice: If our App uses cookies or tracking services (analytics, crash reporting, etc.), you may have options to disable or opt out via device settings or preferences. 

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App and services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. 

7. Security

We employ industry‑standard security measures — including encryption, firewalls, secure access protocols — to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee 100% security. 

8. Third‑Party Services

We may use third‑party analytics, crash reporting, or hosting services (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase) that collect information under their own policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy terms. 

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes occur, we’ll notify users through the App or email, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated version.
